Jeremy Quastana is a SIPS favourite and his approach to winemaking is incredible. Nothing added anywhere and semi-carbonic macerations create unique wines that tell a story. This years wines are drinking wonderfully and we couldn't be happier to share them with you. This vintage is 100% Cabernet Franc half pressed and half run-off juice to create a lightness that has built up wonderful balance after spending 18 months in barrel. Mimi 2022 would pair well with a slow roast teriyaki pork.
