The Rosso Gazzetta is made from Sangiovese grapes of a thirty year old parcel planted over clay in Orvieto. With bright forrest fruits and ripe cherry notes, the wine is loaded with spice, tannin and juicy ripe mulberries. Destemmed grapes were fermented on the skins for a month followed by nine months in the vat. The Gazzetta Rosso pairs well with grilled rosemary lamb chops.
