Working biodynamically since 1998, this family-owned domaine has been run by Aurelie Fayolle and Arnaud Geschickt for the past 10 years. Found across 4 hectares in Ammerschwihr, the team work symbiotically with the environment, planting trees to increase ecological diversity and working the land with Iris, their mare. Obi Wine is a blend Pinot Auxerrois, Riesling and Muscat and captures the wonderful aromatics from those grapes. This is a punchy Petnat with a lot of character and fruit forward. Domaine Geschickt, Obi Wine 2023 would pair well with Ceviche.
