Cosmic Vinyaters, Valentia 2023

Cosmic Vinyaters is a 10 year old project in Catalunya led by the lovely Salvador Batlle Barrabeig. The wines are incredible pure, fresh and crunchy while being clean and precise. We are super excited to be working with Salvador and to present the new vintages. Valentia 2023 is a 100% White Carignan, with 24 hours maceration before being aged on fine lees for 4 months. Clean, crisp and elegant this wine is so drinkable. Valentia 2023 would pair well with white fish or seafood.
